Enjoy a tutorial and cookery demonstration from our resident professional chef, Jacqueline Wise, who will teach you the tips and tricks of the trade. Watch her prepare a range of dishes before your very eyes: learn, as your walked through the art of food preparation and see for yourself how restaurant-standard dishes are put together. Pick up knife handling skills, understand how to marry flavours together in your cooking and which ingredients will give you the best results. These courses include tasters of all dishes prepared in front of you, so that you can savour the flavours for yourself.
